A key part of this project was ensuring the funnel did not end at checkout.

I created and implemented post-purchase and course follow-up email automations inside Kajabi to support students after they enrolled.

After purchase, students automatically received:

• Purchase confirmation and welcome emails
• Clear instructions on how to log in and access the course
