Kajabi Website for a Neurodivergent Business Coach

Nov 11, 2025

Client: Gwendolyn Jones

Business Name: So Not Typical

Website: www.sonottypical.com

Industry: Coaching for Neurodivergent Professionals

Gwendolyn Jones is a passionate business coach who empowers neurodivergent individuals — entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations — to thrive authentically. Her mission is to redefine what “typical” success looks like by building inclusive, strengths-based coaching experiences.

PROJECT GOALS

When Gwendolyn approached me, she wanted a digital home that felt safe, empowering, and reflective of her unique audience. She had a clear mission but needed help translating that into a cohesive brand identity and a professional Kajabi website that would connect deeply with neurodivergent visitors while supporting her coaching, supervision, and consulting services.

Her goals included:

  • Developing a brand identity that authentically represents her personality and values.
  • Customizing a Kajabi template to suit her content, flow, and audience needs.
  • Uploading copy, visuals, and resources for a smooth user experience.
  • Automating the entire customer journey
  • Creating a site that balances warmth, professionalism, and accessibility.

THE PROCESS

Our collaboration began with a deep dive into Gwendolyn’s brand story, voice, and vision. Together, we explored her target audience’s needs — clarity, calm, and belonging — and translated that into a visual and digital identity.

Key milestones included:

Brand Identity Design: I crafted a new color palette, typography suite, and logo that communicate calm confidence, inclusion, and trust.

Kajabi Website Customization: I selected and customized a Kajabi template to align perfectly with Gwendolyn’s content structure and aesthetic goals.

Content Integration: I uploaded and formatted all of Gwendolyn’s copy and imagery, ensuring consistent tone and visual flow throughout.

Analytics: We have connected Google analytics with the website to track the website performance

THE OUTCOME

The new So Not Typical website now beautifully embodies Gwendolyn’s mission — empowering neurodivergent professionals to thrive in business and life. It presents her services with clarity, confidence, and empathy.

Visitors now experience:

  • A visually cohesive brand that feels calm and inclusive.
  • Improved navigation for clear user journeys across coaching, supervision, and consulting offers.
  • A Kajabi site optimized for engagement, ready to support her growing client base.
  • The transformation not only elevated Gwendolyn’s online presence but also equipped her with a powerful digital platform to expand her impact globally.
